You pay a small deposit (usually starting from £75) to reserve your flight. The remaining balance is split into scheduled payments—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Once the full amount is paid, we issue your ticket.
Your ticket is issued only after the full balance has been paid. Until then, your booking is secured but not confirmed with the airline.
Fares are only guaranteed once full payment is completed. If the airline changes the price before your final payment, you may be required to pay the difference—or pay in full early to lock the price.
We’ll send you a reminder and allow a brief grace period. If payment is not made, your booking may be cancelled, and any paid amounts, including the deposit, may be forfeited.
The deposit is refundable only within 24 hours of booking. After that, it becomes non-refundable, even if you cancel before completing the plan.
