These Instalment Payment Terms & Conditions apply specifically to customers who choose to book flight tickets through the Book Now Pay Later instalment payment plan offered by Skylines Trips Limited. By opting for an instalment payment plan, you agree to these conditions in full, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions available at skylinestrips.co.uk/terms-conditions/
Skylines Trips Limited’s Book Now Pay Later service allows UK residents to secure a flight booking today by paying a small initial deposit, then spreading the remaining balance across agreed monthly (or other periodic) instalments – with no credit check, no interest, and no credit agreement involved.
This is not a credit product and is not regulated as a consumer credit agreement under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. It is a straightforward, flexible payment arrangement between you and Skylines Trips Limited.

Skylines Trips Limited reserves the right to decline any instalment booking application at its sole discretion, without being required to give a reason.
Every instalment booking made through Skylines Trips Limited is fully ATOL-protected from the moment your first payment is received.
The ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) scheme, administered by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), means that:
You do not need to wait until your ticket is issued to be protected – your money is covered from the date of your very first payment. Please retain your ATOL Certificate alongside your booking confirmation for the full duration of your instalment plan.

To secure your instalment booking, an initial deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount is the higher of:
The deposit is taken immediately upon booking confirmation. This secures your reservation and locks in both your booking reference with the airline and the total fare quoted to you.
Once your deposit has been received and a written payment plan has been agreed, all prices remain subject to change until the tickets have been issued. The quoted fare is not guaranteed and may vary due to factors such as airline pricing, fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations.
The final price is only confirmed once your tickets have been issued, at which point it becomes fixed and no further increases will apply.
The remaining balance – the total fare minus your deposit – will be divided into a payment schedule agreed between you and Skylines Trips Limited at the time of booking.

The agreed payment schedule, including the amount and due date of each instalment, will be confirmed to you in writing at the time of booking. Please retain this written confirmation for your records.
Your e-ticket will only be issued once full payment – including all instalments – has been received by Skylines Trips Limited. Until full payment is received:
Once your final payment is received, your e-ticket will be issued electronically to the email address provided at the time of booking. You should check the e-ticket immediately upon receipt and report any errors to us without delay.
If you wish to receive your e-ticket sooner, you may choose to pay your remaining balance in full at any point before the scheduled end of your instalment plan.

Commercial debit/credit cards and international cards may incur an additional processing fee, which will be disclosed before payment is taken.
It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available on your chosen payment method on or before each instalment due date.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and financial circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly. If you are facing difficulty making a scheduled payment, please contact us as soon as possible – before the due date wherever possible. Our team will always do their best to work with you and find a solution that keeps your booking on track. As long as the full balance is paid before your agreed final due date, your booking remains secure and your seat is protected.

In cases where contact is not made and payments are missed without prior arrangement, Skylines Trips Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such circumstances:
Reinstatement of a cancelled instalment booking is subject to seat availability at the time of reinstatement and may incur additional charges, including any fare difference applicable at that time.
If you cancel your instalment booking before full payment is received and before the ticket has been issued:
Once your e-ticket has been issued, standard airline fare rules apply. Refund eligibility depends entirely on the fare type applicable to your ticket. Some fares are fully non-refundable. Others may carry partial refund options, subject to airline cancellation fees.
Where a refund application is submitted on your behalf, an administration charge of £75 per ticket applies. We will always advise you of this before submitting a refund application so you can make an informed decision.
Airline refunds typically take 10 to 16 weeks from the date of the refund application to be received by us. Once received, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 72 hours. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your refund has been received and processed.
Changes to your booking – including travel dates, routing, or passenger names – may be requested in writing before the final instalment is paid and the ticket is issued. All changes are subject to:
Please note that certain fare types do not permit any changes, and any amendment request on such tickets may result in a cancellation charge.
Once your e-ticket has been issued, any changes are subject to the airline’s standard change and amendment policies. Name changes are not permitted once a ticket has been issued. Issued tickets are non-transferable and cannot be used by any person other than the named passenger.

Skylines Trips Limited may send you payment reminders by email as a courtesy ahead of your scheduled due dates. However, please note that these reminders are not guaranteed and it remains your responsibility to ensure payments are made on the agreed dates regardless of whether a reminder is received. We recommend keeping a note of your payment schedule from the written confirmation provided at the time of booking.
