Installment Payment Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to customers purchasing flight tickets through an installment payment plan offered by Skylines Trips Ltd. By opting to pay via installments, you agree to the following conditions in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Installment plans are available only to UK residents aged 18 and above.

Credit approval or ID verification may be required before confirming an installment booking.

Skylines Trips Ltd reserves the right to decline any application for installment payment at its sole discretion.

2. Deposit & Payment Structure

A minimum deposit (typically £75 or higher) is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

The remaining balance will be divided into scheduled payments agreed upon at the time of booking (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

The final installment must be paid in full before the ticket is issued.

3. Ticket Issuance

No ticket will be issued until the full payment has been received.

Prices are subject to change until full payment is made. If the airline fare increases before the final installment, the customer will be responsible for the difference.

To lock in the fare and issue the ticket earlier, customers may choose to pay off the balance before the scheduled completion date.

4. Missed or Late Payments

If a scheduled payment is missed or delayed, Skylines Trips Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking.

In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, the deposit and any partial payments made will be non-refundable.

Reinstatement of a cancelled booking is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Once a ticket is issued, standard airline fare rules will apply for cancellations and refunds.

If a customer cancels before the full payment is made and the ticket is not yet issued, only the deposit is forfeited unless otherwise specified in writing.

Any service charges or administrative fees related to the installment plan are non-refundable.

6. Changes to Booking

Any changes (dates, passenger names, routes, etc.) after confirmation must comply with airline fare rules and may result in additional charges.

Changes are only possible before the final installment is paid and the ticket is issued.

7. Responsibility

Skylines Trips Ltd acts solely as a ticketing intermediary and is not responsible for any changes in airline policy or fare.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they can meet the agreed payment schedule.

We recommend customers retain evidence of all payments made and communications regarding their installment plan.

8. Communication

All installment agreements and payment schedules will be provided in writing.

Customers must notify Skylines Trips Ltd immediately of any change in contact details or financial circumstances affecting their ability to pay.

9. Payment Methods

Installment payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or any other method approved by Skylines Trips Ltd.

A small service fee may apply depending on the payment method used.

10. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended when booking on installment plans. This may offer financial protection in the event of delays, cancellations, or inability to travel.
