Our fares are often the same or better than what you would find directly with the airline. You’ll still enjoy many of the same benefits – such as special meal requests, advance seat selection, and earning frequent flyer miles (where applicable).

Additionally, many of our tickets offer flexibility, including refundable options (subject to cancellation penalties), which may not always be available when booking directly with an airline.

You can pay using any of the following methods:

Bank Transfer to our official business account

Please note that full payment must be received before ticket issuance.

If your departure is more than 7 days away, your e-ticket or voucher will typically be issued within that timeframe.

If your travel is within 7 days, your ticket will be sent within 24 hours of receiving full payment.

You will receive your e-ticket via email (recommended), which you can print and take to the airport. If necessary, you may be asked to collect your ticket at the airport.

For urgent or last-minute bookings, courier delivery may be required, and any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

Most of our tickets are issued on a non-refundable / non-endorsable basis unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 72 hours of booking.

Yes, but with conditions:

You may only use another person’s card to pay a deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer or cash into our official account.

This helps us maintain fraud prevention standards and secure transactions.

If the fare is not available:

You may adjust your travel dates to match the lowest fare

Or choose the next best available fare
