Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as all bookings made through Skylines Trips Limited are subject to the terms outlined below. By proceeding with a booking (either for yourself or on behalf of others), you confirm your acceptance of these conditions.
Deposit & Refund Policy
A deposit of £75 per passenger is required to secure your flight booking.
Deposits are refundable within 24 hours of making the reservation.
If a reservation is cancelled after 24 hours or the balance is not paid by the due date, a £75 service fee per passenger will be charged, and the deposit will become non-refundable.
Refunds for flight tickets depend entirely on the airline’s fare rules. Some fares may be refundable, while others are strictly non-refundable.
Skylines Trips Limited acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline; we are not responsible for airline refund policies.
In cases involving schedule changes or cancellations by the airline, we can request a refund on your behalf; however, the final decision lies with the airline.
Changes After Ticket Issuance
Any change after ticket issuance—such as no-show, incorrect timing, route changes, or modifications to departure/destination airports—is subject to airline-specific penalties.
Passengers are advised to confirm change and cancellation fees with their agent before finalizing the booking to avoid unexpected charges.
Issued tickets are non-transferable and cannot be used by another individual.
Passengers must verify all details before issuance, including name spellings, travel dates, transit times, destinations, and baggage allowances.
Several confirmations (both written and verbal) are obtained prior to ticket issuance to ensure all booking details are correct.
Passport, Visa & Immigration Requirements
Skylines Trips Limited is a flight ticket retailer and does not handle visa or immigration services.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents (including passports and visas) are valid and meet the entry/transit requirements of all countries involved in their travel itinerary.
We cannot be held responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to incomplete, expired, or invalid documentation.
Passengers must consult their relevant embassy or consulate before traveling to confirm the visa and immigration requirements.
Special Requests & Medical Needs
Requests such as meal preferences, seat selection, wheelchair assistance, or extra legroom must be submitted at the time of booking.
These requests are subject to airline availability and cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak travel periods.
Additional charges may apply depending on the airline’s policies.
Price Guarantee & Payment Conditions
Prices are only guaranteed once full payment is made and the ticket is issued.
In some cases, airlines may revise prices due to changes in taxes or fees. Skylines Trips Limited is not responsible for any such changes if they occur before full payment.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in a fare change or cancellation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all passengers obtain comprehensive travel insurance from a licensed provider.
Insurance can offer protection in case of delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
Our team can provide general guidance but does not issue insurance policies.
Airline Operations & ATOL Protection
If an airline suspends or ceases operations, Skylines Trips Limited is not liable for any disruption or claims.
All tickets are ATOL-protected and covered under the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
In such events, the CAA will handle claims and compensation as per their policies.
